Therapy
I use a wraparound approach for my therapeutic services which means the type of session we engage in will be specific to what will help you achieve your goals. This also includes coordination of care with other providers or community organizations that you or your child may already be working with (i.e. doctors, schools, etc.). I offer individual, family, and parent only sessions as well as in-home therapy when applicable and when availability allows; currently, I am only offering telehealth and in-home services at this time. I like to view our time together as taking a team approach to helping you reach a more fulfilling and happier lifestyle.
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
